Terms of service

These terms govern your use of aaratrika.store and every purchase made on it from Aaratrika, a brand of Avenza Creations Private Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy.

Registered office: Flat No. T4-2107, VTP Beaumonde Nation R2, Manjari BK, Haveli, Pune – 412307, Maharashtra, India. Accounts

You may shop as a guest or sign in with your email address; signing in is by a code sent to your email, with no password to keep.
You must be 18 or older to place an order, and the details you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Where a maximum retail price is shown struck through, it is the price printed on the product's label.
Delivery within India is included in the price; nothing is added at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of the order through Razorpay, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Cash on delivery is not offered.
We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and offer you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product descriptions

What is in a product is written on its label and repeated on its page. Pictures may show rooms, cloths, flowers and other styling that are not part of the product.
Colours can appear differently on different screens, and handwork and natural materials vary a little from piece to piece. These are not defects.
Fragrance and ritual products are for the uses described on them; follow the safety instructions printed on each.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive acknowledges it; our acceptance is the dispatch confirmation with its tracking details.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, if a pricing or description error is found, if payment cannot be confirmed, or if we suspect fraud. Anything already paid is refunded in full.
Quantities may be limited per order for limited editions.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within three working days of payment. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.
We deliver within India. Delivery addresses must be complete and reachable; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address or by the recipient being unavailable.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Details are in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Our products are fragrance and ritual goods sold as sealed sets, and are not returnable once dispatched.
If an order arrives damaged, write to support@aaratrika.store within the time stated in our Return and refund policy, with photographs, and we will discuss a replacement with you.
An order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the store to break any law, to place fraudulent orders, to buy for resale without our written agreement, to copy our words, pictures or marks, to interfere with the site's working, or to collect information about other users.

Our content

The names, words, pictures and designs on this site belong to Avenza Creations Private Limited or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages; you may not reproduce our content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for your use of a product contrary to the instructions printed on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our Grievance Officer, Avinash Kaushik, can be reached at support@aaratrika.store.
