Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India that our courier partners reach. We do not ship outside India at present.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free. It is included in the price of every product, and nothing is added at checkout.
How your order is sent
Orders are sent by tracked courier. We choose the courier for your address so that your parcel travels as directly as possible.
Processing time
Your order is packed and dispatched within three working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. In the days before a festival, orders are dispatched in the order they were received.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on where you are. Metro cities are usually at the quicker end and remote pin codes at the slower end.
Tracking
When your order leaves us you receive an email with its tracking number and a link to follow it. If you do not receive it within three working days of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to support@aaratrika.store with your order number.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is not offered. Orders are paid for at the time they are placed.
Delivery problems and delays
- If your parcel is late beyond the time above, write to us with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
- If the courier cannot reach you, they will usually try again. If a parcel comes back to us because an address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to send it again.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and write to support@aaratrika.store within 3 days of delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains what happens next.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control are rare, and we will keep you informed when they happen.
