Refund policy
In short
Our products are fragrance and ritual goods, sold as sealed sets, and cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us and we will put it right.
Returns and exchanges
- We do not accept returns of products that have been dispatched, whether opened or unopened. This is because fragrance and ritual products cannot be resold once they have left us.
- We do not offer exchanges. Each product is sold as one set and cannot be separated.
Damaged or defective on arrival
- If your order arrives damaged, or something in it is broken or missing, write to support@aaratrika.store within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the parcel and the product as you received them.
- We will answer within 3 working days and discuss a replacement with you. Where a replacement cannot be sent, we will offer a refund for the affected item.
- If we ask for the damaged product to be sent back to us, we bear the cost of that return.
Wrong item delivered
If you receive something other than what you ordered, write to us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange the correct item at our cost.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to support@aaratrika.store with your order number. The full amount is refunded.
- Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days of our confirmation; your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.
- We will confirm every refund by email.
Non-returnable items
All our products are non-returnable once dispatched, as set out above. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
