What is Aaratrika?
A modern Indian fragrance, ritual, and spaces house.
Aaratrika Rituals holds The Lunar Collection and The Botanical Collection. Aaratrika Spaces holds The Woven Collection.
What is the difference between Trail and Ember?
Trail changes the air. Ember holds the room.
Trail: for when you want the feeling to move through the air. Ember: for when you want the feeling to stay with the room. The same moon, met in two ways.
Which Lunar family is for me?
There are five: Midnight, Celestia, Solaris, Earthbound and Awakening. Each has its own room, moon and notes. Meet the five.
When can I buy The Lunar Collection?
It is on sale now, in a first small run, with The Botanical Collection. Each product's page shows its price. If something is sold out, write to support@aaratrika.store and we will tell you when it is back.
Can I order the Diwali Gift Box?
Yes. Order it from the Diwali Gift Box page; delivery is free. For corporate orders, send us the details through the corporate gifting enquiry.
Which fragrance does each candle in the Diwali Gift Box carry?
One candle for each of the five days, each with its own fragrance: Dhanteras (Saffron & Sandalwood), Roop Chaudas (Eucalyptus & Marigold), Deepawali (Oud & Damask Rose), Govardhan (Vetiver & Patchouli) and Bhai Dooj (Rose, Saffron & Almond Milk).
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is included in the price, and no fees are added at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Cash on delivery is not offered.
How soon will my order be sent?
Within three working days. When it leaves, you receive an email with its tracking details.
Can I return it?
No, returns are not accepted. If your box arrives damaged, write to support@aaratrika.store and we will discuss a replacement.
Do you take corporate orders for anything else?
Corporate gifting is open, with the Diwali Gift Box available now. For anything else, submit your enquiry and we will reply.
